Celia Callus, Research Director and Founder
Celia is a multi-lingual researcher with a passion for multi-cultural research. Now with over 20 years’ experience, Celia has worked with a number of high profile brands delivering both domestic and international research in Europe, Africa, the Americas and the Asia-Pacific region.
Some clients she has worked with are HSBC, Sage Publishers, Edexcel, the NHS, the UK Financial Conduct Authority, the Institution for Engineering and Technology, Motorola, Tesco and O2, Legal & General and Prudential.
In 2013, Celia set up Nutcracker Research with the aim of focusing on international studies. She has since further developed her skills. living in three countries over the past 15 years and building a strong network of researchers with whom she collaborates depending on the market and topic of the research.
Besides enjoying method design and crunching the numbers, Celia is a proficient moderator who prefers a hands-on approach and enjoys working collaboratively with clients. On all projects, Celia incorporates client involvement to ensure that all stakeholders are engaged with the process and that the benefits of the insights yielded by the research are fully enjoyed by the client.
Celia holds a a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. She is a fully Certified Member of the UK Market Research Society (CMRS), ESOMAR and a member of the UK Independent Consultants Group (ICG).
